The following initiatives are just some of our Servathon's innovative activities:

Augustana College — Sioux Falls, SD
Augustana College and Sodexho's Dining Services team host a drive to collect non-perishable food and non-food items for donation to Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. In addition, Sodexho's local management team purchases and distributes bulk food items to Red Cloud Indian School.

Insignia/ESG/One Riverway Café — Houston, TX
Sodexho operators of the One Riverway Café join with their client, Insignia/ESG, to collect food, clothing, and cash donations for Houston's needy. Sodexho rewards customers with a free dessert for every contribution.

Hawaii Health Care Organizations — Honolulu, HI
Sodexho employees from six local health care accounts prepare and serve breakfast at Honolulu's Institute for Human Services (IHS). This program serves 300 meals, three meals a day, to men, women, and children. In addition, Sodexho employees at the Straub Hospital & Clinic collect non-perishable food for the Hawaii Second Harvest Food Bank and solicit personal care items for the IHS.

Roger Williams Medical Center — Providence, RI
During "Christmas in April," the Sodexho team at Roger Williams Medical Center participates in a community-wide service initiative that renovates houses of needy families in Providence. Each year, the unit "adopts" a particular home to fix.

Eckerd College — St. Petersburg, FL
Sodexho facilities workers from Eckerd visit a food clinic and family shelter, lending their expertise in painting, plumbing, cleaning, and electric work. One Sodexho employee even dresses up as a clown to entertain the children.
