| Feeding Our
Future with 275,000 meals each summer |
 |
Across the U.S., more than 80% of children who depend on federal food programs for free and reduced-price lunches during the school year go without nutritious lunches during the summer - that's 12.2 million children.
| No vacation
for school lunches |

"Under-nutrition, along with environmental factors associated with poverty, can permanently retard a child's physical growth, brain development, and cognitive functioning.*" To help alleviate this problem, we established Feeding Our Future in 1997. This program prepares nutritious meals for under-nourished children that would otherwise go hungry during the summer months.
Currently, Feeding Our Future services these cities across America:
Atlanta • Baltimore • Boston • Chattanooga • Chicago • Detroit • Ft. Worth • Honolulu • Houston • Los Angeles • Miami • Nashville • New York • Oklahoma City • San Jose • St. Louis • Terre Haute • Washington, D.C.
